The Carrot Soup returns..... :)
I have been gone for ages. Since I did the Cooking competition we have stopped being so organised....
Today for dinner we had that Carrot Soup I talked about. You know, the Asian style one. It is still good. Amazing really. You take a load of nice ingredients and make an amazing soup. If you have not made this soup then make it now. Now now. You can't miss out the Star Anise though. The soup just won't be the same.
I will try (and I say try) to cook more. I might change to Sundays.
